Grades K-5: Laying the Foundation for Learning
In the early years, children absorb knowledge quickly, making this the perfect time to build strong language, math, and critical thinking skills.
Reading & Language Skills – We use a phonics-based approach to help children develop strong reading and comprehension skills. We also introduce Latin in a simple way to strengthen language skills and logical thinking.
Math Mastery – Instead of rushing through math concepts, we focus on understanding numbers deeply. Children use hands-on methods and patterns to build confidence in problem-solving.
History Through Stories – Instead of just memorizing dates, children learn about history through engaging stories, myths, and important historical documents, helping them understand how past events shape the world today.
Science Exploration – Inspired by natural philosophy, children learn by observing the world around them. Activities like nature walks and simple experiments encourage curiosity and scientific thinking.
Writing Skills – Through copying great writing and practicing dictation, children naturally learn grammar, vocabulary, and how to express themselves clearly.
